All orders are despatched on a next day service, so that your olives & antipasti arrive as fresh as possible. We will always do our best to despatch your order on the very next despatch day following receipt of order.

If you have a specific day that you would like to receive your order then please let us know by selecting your preffered date from the delivery calendar at checkout.

ONCE YOUR OLIVES ARRIVE

When your olives and antipasti arrive, please put them in the fridge as soon as possible to ensure shelf life and freshness.

Our packaging is fully recyclable, including the delivery box.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We want every order to arrive in perfect condition, so if it ever doesn’t, we want to put it right.

Order damaged during transit?
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, we are happy to replace or refund products, but you need to contact us within 24 hours so we can raise a claim with the delivery courier.

  1. The damaged product(s) – A clear close-up showing the exact damage to the product(s) itself.
  2. External packaging – A photo showing the outside of the box/bag (e.g any dents, tears, or crushes).
  3. Internal packaging – A photo showing how the item was cushioned inside the box (e.g. foam corner protectors, air pockets).
  4. The parcel label – A clear, readable photo of the shipping label attached to the external packaging.

Without this photographic evidence, we cannot process a claim — which may prevent us from issuing a refund or replacement.
