Our olives grow slowly through the Mediterranean summer. Fresh, green olives are picked in the autumn and dark ripe olives in winter.
Valuing the flavour of our olives, we marinate them in cold-pressed sunflower oil and extra-virgin olive oil, with aromatic herbs and spices.
Every one of our organic olives grows in Greece and Italy, in sun-kissed groves that remain a haven for rare wildflowers, insects and birds.
