DELIVERIES & RETURNS

Despatch Days are Monday – Friday
Delivery Days are Tuesday – Saturday

All orders are despatched on a next day service, so that your olives & antipasti arrive as fresh as possible. We will always do our best to despatch your order on the very next despatch day following receipt of order.

If you have a specific day that you would like to receive your order then please let us know by selecting your preffered date from the delivery calendar at checkout.

Our olives and antipasti are sent via overnight APC courier, so unfortunately we are unable to make deliveries on Sundays or Mondays.


ONCE YOUR OLIVES ARRIVE

When your olives and antipasti arrive, please put them in the fridge as soon as possible to ensure shelf life and freshness.
Our packaging is fully recyclable, including the delivery box.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

We want you to feel totally happy with your olives and antipasti, so if you have any concerns or queries please email us at shop@therealolivecompany.co.uk. We are happy to replace items broken during transit but must be notified within 48 hours of arrival.
